Return Policy

BMR1 follows the same return standards as eBay.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue with a return, replacement, or refund.

To start a return, please email parts@bmr1.com or call (952) 894-4888. Please include your order number, item information, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Returned items must be sent back in the same condition received and include all parts, packaging, and accessories. Refunds may be reduced or denied if an item is used, damaged, missing parts, or not properly packaged for return.

Return shipping is handled the same as eBay: if the return is due to our error or an item problem, BMR1 will cover return shipping. For buyer-choice returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
